PTSC Quang Ngai to list on UPCoM
The Ha Noi Stock Exchange (HNX) has allowed PTSC Quang Ngai Petroleum Services Joint Stock Company to list 30 million shares on the Unlisted Public Company Market (UPCoM) under stock code PQN.
PTSC Quang Ngai was formerly a branch of PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC Corporation) in Quang Ngai City with the initial purpose to supply services for Dung Quat Refinery.
The firm specialises in four core businesses including mechanical and construction services; repair and maintenance services; port operation and logistics services; and marine services.
The company has charter capital of VND300 billion (US$12.9 million), of which, PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation holds 95.2 per cent.
In the first six months of 2019, the company's net revenue exceeded VND292 billion, up 9 per cent over the same period in 2018. Its after-tax profit reached more than VND6 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 19 per cent.
