Fairfield by Marriott signs first two contracts in Vietnam

Today at Marriot Hanoi Hotel, Times Garden Vietnam and Marriot International signed a contract to manage Fairfield by Marriott Vinh Yen and Fairfield by Marriott Halong Bay.

With this signing, the Fairfield by Marriott brand aspires to continue to develop markets in the Asia-Pacific, particularly in northern Vietnam.

The legal procedures and construction of these two hotels will be completed as soon as possible to ensure the scheduled opening in 2022.

“We are excited to partner with CLUB M Ha Long Hotel JSC and Greende InvestmentLtd. to bring the Fairfield brand to Vietnam’s two popular tourist destinations. Halong and Vinh Phuc are locations with robust tourism growth,” said Paul Foskey, Marriott International's Asia-Pacific regional development manager.

“This signing will strengthen the sustainable development of Fairfield-branded hotels in the Asia-Pacific,” Foskey added.

With its considerable experience gained through the operation of over 1,000 hotels globally, Fairfield by Marriott is committed to providing the best service, giving customers a relaxing and comfortable holiday.

Guests of Fairfield by Marriott Vinh Yen, which is located near Hanoi, will have the opportunity to admire the spectacular scenery of northern Vietnam including Tam Dao National Park, which has dense turquoise forests covering a vast area of hills and valleys.

The 250-key hotel will be built adjacent to Dam Vac Golf Course and is only five minutes by car from Vinh Yen city centre.

Fairfield by Marriott Vinh Yen will bring warm hospitality, pristine environment, perfect facilities, and a wide range of relaxation and entertainment options, from a 24/7 modern gymnasium to an outdoor pool.

Fairfield by Marriott Halong Bay, with 220 rooms, is located in a prime location at the UNESCO World Heritage Site Halong Bay, offering a panoramic view of the beach with its limestone islands that are known across the globe as one of the world’s seven natural wonders.

Located in a modern functional area, including a convention centre, Fairfield by Marriott Halong Bay will be a perfect hotel for both business and vacation.

The hotel is adjacent to the famous Museum and Library of Quang Ninh province and is only a 15-minute drive from flagship entertainment venue Sun World Halong Complex.
