Novaland won Best Developer Vietnam at DOT Property Awards 2019
Novaland Group cleared house at the DOT Property Awards 2019 by sweeping in three honours, including Best Developer Vietnam 2019 – the top developer award, Best Luxury Mixed-Use Development Vietnam 2019 for The Grand Manhattan, and Best Innovative Resort Landscape Architectural Design Vietnam 2019 for its NovaWorld Phan Thiet.
Novaland Group was granted the Best Developer Vietnam 2019 title – the most important award of the DOT Property Awards 2019 handed out based on several stringent criteria, including the investor's prestige and the quality of customer care, project quality, innovation and creativity in project development, as well as achievements and contributions to the real estate market and society.
Over a quarter century of steady development, Novaland Group has established a portfolio of more than 40 housing projects in various types of products such as apartments, villas, commercial townhouses, and office-tel.
In its development strategy for 2019-2023, Novaland continues to focus on its core business of real estate investment and development in the mid and high-end segment. Novaland's total land fund is currently about 4,270 hectares, on which it is developing three main product types of urban and housing development areas in Ho Chi Minh City, tourism and second home properties, as well as satellite urban development areas in the neighbouring provinces of Ho Chi Minh City.
In addition to sustainable business development activities and effectively taking care of its staff life, Novaland Group strives to develop sustainably with the community, enhancing corporate social responsibility at thelocation of their projects.
In the first half of 2019, Novaland Group contributed more than VND36 billion ($1.56 million) to community development, prioritising programmes that have a long-term effect on the country's development.
The company's outstanding programmes are "Clean Water for Schools", sponsoring the Ho Chi Minh City women's basketball team, granting thousands of scholarships to primary students in Quang Nam province, and providing funding for the construction of A3 Long Khanh Primary School in Dong Thap province.
Novaland's efforts to strengthen its brand position have been recognised by many prestigious organisations. Additionally, Novaland’s shares continue to be listed in the basket of Vietnam Sustainable Index 2019, while the company was listed in the Best Places to Work in Asia by HR Asia Award and it nabbed the second position of the Top Prestigious Real Estate Investors 2018 by Vietnam Report, and Top 50 Best Performance Companies in Vietnam published by Investment Bridge magazine.
At the Dot Property Awards ceremony, two outstanding projects of Novaland which have been receiving the most interest from the market were also named.
The first one is the luxury apartment and trading complex The Grand Manhattan located at the heart of District 1. The Grand Manhattan integrates the standard facilities of a luxury resort, bringing a great experience for its residents.
The second one – NovaWorld Phan Thiet – is located in a 1,000ha area in Binh Thuan province. It is now being developed to become an international-class entertainment and resort complex. The project introduces second homes and seafront shophouses offering long-term and sustainable profit as an ideal destination for pioneering investors.
