VSIP Bac Ninh begins handover of BelHomes houses

On June 15, 2019, VSIP Bac Ninh organised the handover ceremony of BelHomes for the very first homebuyers at the company’s office.

Invested by VSIP Bac Ninh – a joint-venture developer between Vietnam and Singapore – BelHomes comprises of 103 shop houses and 262 terraced houses over a total area of 5.7 hectares. It was designed under Singapore’s standards and trends which prioritise environmentally friendly and modern lifestyles.

Boasting a strategic location at the gateway to the northeast of the capital, BelHomes residents can easily connect to the administrative areas and other commercial and entertainment facilities – it is only a 30-minute drive to Hanoi city, 20-minute to Bac Ninh city, and just 35-minute to Noi Bai International Airport.

Located at the premises of VSIP Bac Ninh Industrial Park – a model for sustainable development with 20 per cent of the total area dedicated for greenery – BelHomes residents will be living in a clean atmosphere, surrounded by a landscape that acts as the breathing lung of the entire area. This is the key reason why BelHomes – VSIP Bac Ninh was honoured the Best Sustainable Residential Development Southeast Asia title in December 2019 by Dot Property.

In his opening remarks at event, Benjamin Lam, general director of VSIP Bac Ninh, said, “BelHomes is the self-developed project which was initiated, invested, and constructed by the company’s leaders and staff who put their heart and soul into it with a vision to make each home a “nest” filled with beauty and happiness.

Breaking ground in May 2018, after a year of countless efforts and dedication, it is our great pleasure today to hand over the houses to you. We hope you turn your house into your home and enjoy every moment you spend here.”

On this occasion, VSIP Bac Ninh also paid tribute to all homebuyers with special and valuable gifts.
