Novaland Expo 2019 opens in HCM City

Novaland Expo 2019, the biggest exhibition organised by giant real-estate developer Novaland, opened on Friday at the company’s showhouse centre in HCM City's District 2.

At the expo, the company introduces its business strategy for the 2019-2023 period to its partners, investors and customers.

Novaland plans to diversify its investment by developing many kinds of property projects, and also invest in the financial sector.

Visitors at the expo will have a chance to learn about Novaland's projects, including housing, hospitality and urban area developments.

One of the projects is The Grand Manhattan, a complex of condos and a shopping centre, with full amenities. Located in central District 1, the project faces the streets of Co Giang and Co Bac.

Aqua City, the first project developed like an urban ecosystem area, is located in Bien Hoa City in southern Dong Nai province.

Covering an area of 121ha, Aqua City will have houses, villas, shop houses, schools, kid-playing areas and a sport area.

In addition, two of Novaland's hospitality projects shown at the expo are NovaWorld Phan Thiet and NovaWorld Ho Tram.

As part of the expo, a conference themed “Hospitality Market: Chance to Develop Second Home”, was organised on Saturday with the participation of experts who talked about market trends and legal issues.

Visitors have a chance to receive gifts and take part in entertainment programmes.

Novaland is one of the biggest real-estate developers in Viet Nam, with around 40 projects in HCM City. The company has recently begun pouring more money into hospitality projects.
