Altara Residences – Quy Nhon's first luxury residence

The Quy Nhon Altara Residences project invested by Quy Nhon Foodinco JSC was launched yesterday in Hanoi, proving the strong development of the central city of Quy Nhon.

Located at 76 Tran Hung Dao Street, Hai Cang ward, Quy Nhon city, Altara Residences is highly recommended by real estate experts because of its prime location, modern design, various facilities, and especially for it being the very first luxury apartment project in Quy Nhon operated by an international operator. Additionally, this will be the first time apartment owners are offered long-term ownership at project of this calibre.

Specifically, Altara Residences will have a height of 40 floors and 479 luxury apartments (1-2 bedrooms, covering 45-71.5 square metres each), together with unmatched technical infrastructure system and modern facilities. The project location is truly astounding, sea views on three sides, which is expected to contribute to promoting the touristic and socio-economic development of Quy Nhon and unlock its potential, turning it into an international seaside destination.

According to real estate experts, Quy Nhon must have projects like Altara Residences to grow substantially, aiming to achieve seven million tourist arrivals per year with the annual tourism revenue of VND10,000 billion ($434,782) in 2020.

The project is also the first apartment complex in Quy Nhon which is operated by an international company, namely Ri-Yaz Hotels & Resorts. It is hailed as a “star” in hotel, resort, and luxury apartment complex management across Asia. In Vietnam, Ri-Yaz Hotels & Resorts successfully manages Altara Suites Danang.

With the extensive management experience and rigorous international standards by Ri-Yaz Hotels & Resorts, Altara Residences will definitely have a solid base to become the most desirable and high-class living space in Quy Nhon city.

In particular, Altara Residences will be the first luxury project in Quy Nhon in which apartment owners are granted certificates of land use rights and ownership of houses and other land-attached assets.

This way apartment owners can rest assured that their rights and the value of the property is ensured throughout their time of ownership of an apartment at Altara Residences.

At the event, strategic partnership agreements were signed between the owner and five reputable real estate distribution agents: An Vuong Land Real Estate Trading & Services JSC, Khang Thinh Invest Trading Service Co., Ltd., BNG Real Estate Business Investment JSC, Tan Long Investment & Services JSC, and Era Vietnam Real Estate JSC.

All agents were selected through a rigorous assessment process by the owner, with the aim of ensuring that the project reaches the right customers and that they come with excellent consulting and customer services when enquiring and buying apartments at Quy Nhon Altara Residences.

It is stated that the ceremony of opening Quy Nhon Altara Residences for sale will be held in Hanoi and Quy Nhon at the end of June 2019 to officially bring this high-quality project to the market.
