On May 22, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.748/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Hoang Minh Finance Investment Joint Stock Company as follows:

- Record date: May 31, 2019

- To pay cash dividend for 2018;
- To pay stock dividend for 2018.

1. To pay cash dividend for 2018:
- Exercise ratio: 05%/par value (500 dongs/share)
- Payment date: June 18, 2019
- Place of payment:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Hoang Minh Finance Investment Joint Stock Company.
2. To pay stock dividend for 2018:
- Exercise ratio: 100:5 (Shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 05 new shares.)
- Expected issue volume: 858,000 shares
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example: At the record date, shareholder A owned 257 shares. With 100:5 performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 257 *5/100 = 12.85 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 12 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.85 will be cancelled.
