Five reasons that make The Grand Manhattan a magnet for investors

Property insiders said the most anticipated news in the HCM City real estate market in May would come in the next few days when the last tower in the luxury residence project in District 1, The Grand Manhattan developed by Novaland Group, is launched.

Why is The Grand Manhattan so attractive in a hectic market?

Location is cited as the first reason. The other four factors are modern amenities, green areas, beautiful views, and developer’s prestige.

“Diamond” location in the city

The Grand Manhattan is a complex of three 39-storey apartment buildings. It is being built on an area of 14,000sq.m at the intersection of Co Giang and Co Bac streets in District 1.

The ground and the first floor of the three buildings will be used as shopping mall area while a hotel managed by foreign company will occupy the second to sixth floors. The rest of the space will be taken by condos.

The site of The Grand Manhattan is considered one of the rare “diamond” locations left in the heart of District 1: It is very close to Nguyen Hue Walking Street, Bui Vien Walking Street, Ben Thanh Market, the future Ben Thanh metro station, September 23 Park and many large malls and schools.

Property analysts said real-estate prices in District 1 have kept rising without any sign of ceasing.

A new price level would be reached in District 1, they said, pointing mainly to the lack of supply caused by official policies of licensing limitation for new residence projects.

Vo Thanh Bao, an investor in District 7, said he has chosen a corner condo in The Grand Manhattan.

“For a residence project, location is the most important factor. That is why I quickly decided to invest in the project. The project’s value will increase in future for sure thanks to its ideal location.”

Modern amenities

The Grand Manhattan is inspired by Manhattan, a successful symbol of New York city, and so has many luxurious amenities which meet the standards of a modern city or a luxury five-star resort.

The project will surely meet the demands of even the most fastidious clients since it has a chain of high-end and convenient facilities, including a shopping mall, a bar and beverage shops, swimming pools, playing yard for children, a BBQ area, a yoga and gym centre… and a 4,200sq.m park and landscaped inner area.

All these amenities are meant to offer a luxurious lifestyle to people living in the centre of District 1, which is the heart of HCM City.

Tran Trang Cam Tu, a businesswoman in Tan Binh District, said: “My foreign partners often stay in five-star hotels in the city. Now I am able to provide them with luxurious accommodation at The Grand Manhattan.”

Green space inside the city

Located in the heart of the city where land is as valuable as diamonds, the developer of The Grand Manhattan decided to earmark around 4,200sq.m for the park and landscaped inner area. Moreover, the residents will enjoy fresh air since the apartment project is very close to September 23 Park.

Waking up early and breathing fresh air every morning will infuse residents with energy to start a busy new day. The green space will also offer them a good place to relax after their busy day.

Beautiful views

In addition to luxury amenities, The Grand Manhattan also offers beautiful views.

From the project, it is easy to get views of the hectic city and its attractions like the Sai Gon River and Nha Rong Station.

The last tower in the project is the one with the best views, the developer said.

Developer’s prestige

Novaland Group, which has been operating for more than 27 years, has grown its prestige over 40-odd successful housing projects like Sunrise City, Lexington Residence, Lakeview City, The Sun Avenue, Saigon Royal Residence, Newton Residence, Sunrise Riverside, and RichStar…

They have been handed over in a timely manner and with the quality commitments fulfilled.

Vo Thanh Bao said: “I totally believe in the capacity of Novaland since the company has been successful with many projects in the city. The Grand Manhattan therefore is worth investing in.”

The last tower named Riverview of The Grand Manhattan in District 1 of HCM City will be launched in May, 2019. The promotions will be applicable only on May 11.
