Friendship Tower, the first investment of CZ Slovakia a.s. in Vietnam advised by international real estate consultancy Savills Vietnam, located on the prestigious Le Duan Street in Ho Chi Minh City, is very proud to secure world-class flexible workspace provider The Executive Centre as its first tenant signing 1,442 square metres of space pning two floors.
According to CZ Slovakia Vietnam’s general director, Nguyen Trong Mai Lam, the investor’s hard work and efforts are coming to fruition with the construction progress on track for the grand opening in April 2020 to offer a flexible, modern, and exceptional working environment in the prestigious location of Ho Chi Minh City. “Attracting a client such as The Executive Centre only underlines the commitment to deliver top quality office buildings,” Lam said.
