Frienship Tower welcomes TEC as the first tenant

Friendship Tower, the first investment of CZ Slovakia a.s. in Vietnam advised by international real estate consultancy Savills Vietnam, located on the prestigious Le Duan Street in Ho Chi Minh City, is very proud to secure world-class flexible workspace provider The Executive Centre as its first tenant signing 1,442 square metres of space pning two floors.

According to CZ Slovakia Vietnam’s general director, Nguyen Trong Mai Lam, the investor’s hard work and efforts are coming to fruition with the construction progress on track for the grand opening in April 2020 to offer a flexible, modern, and exceptional working environment in the prestigious location of Ho Chi Minh City. “Attracting a client such as The Executive Centre only underlines the commitment to deliver top quality office buildings,” Lam said.

“As a premium flexible workspace provider in the Asia-Pacific, The Executive Centre is proud to secure our 2nd location in Ho Chi Minh City with a reputable international property developer, CZ Slovakia. Given the tight supply situation in Ho Chi Minh City and the lack of premium Grade A buildings, we are excited to see the completion of Friendship Tower,” said Yvonne Lim, managing director Southeast Asia of The Executive Centre.

Overlooking the US and French consulates from its 21 above-ground floors with four basements housing building technology and offering parking for tenants, the building has 18 floors dedicated to office functions, while it also provides a conference centre and F&B outlets. With its corporate-oriented yet vibrant architectural design and prominent location, Friendship Tower is going to be an iconic element of the city centre skyline.

“The Executive Centre always takes our members’ feedback into consideration when fitting out a new centre. We factor in the wellness and comfort of our members at the same time, keeping our premium fit-out together with our experienced and dedicated team, we are confident to set a new benchmark in the flexible workspace environment with the opening of Friendship Tower,” added Yvonne Lim.

Moreover, Tu Thi Hong An, associate director and head of commercial leasing at Savills Vietnam, commented that Savills was pleased to become an exclusive leasing agency with CZ Slovakia to introduce Friendship Tower to customers.

“We are very happy to congratulate The Executive Centre for becoming the first tenant in Friendship Tower which has a strategic location, good quality space and facilities,” said An.
