The Zei – one of Hanoi's most wanted projects launched

The mock-up units of The Zei – one of the most sought-after residential projects in the My Dinh area of Hanoi – were officially launched on April 20, receiving thousands of visitors.

Speaking at the mock-up launching ceremony, Nguyen Anh Tuan, deputy president of HD Mon Holding, the developer of The Zei project, happily welcomed and congratulated partners who have been developing the elegant and sophisticated units of The Zei.

“I am fully confident that buyers will find our mock-up units a fresh experience and the most suitable residential space for themselves and their families – a nest for a life of passion,” Tuan said.

According to Nguyen The Phuong, CEO of Finko-Architect, the designers for The Zei, the project is one of the few in Vietnam that reserve enough space for designers to fully flex their creative muscles.

One of the greatest advantages of The Zei is its prime location. The Zei is located on a golden site bordered by three main routes which are not clogged up by traffic jams during peak hours.

With perfect facilities like a four-season swimming pool, a lush garden and square, and Japanese-style rooftop Zen space, The Zei is an ideal living space full of exciting and fresh experiments for its residents.

“At The Zei, the developer is ready to commit part of their profit to manage and maintain resident’s living space, right from the smallest issues,” Phuong said.

For example, the standard of a five-star hotel is 60 rooms for every lift. The Zei has 14 lifts for 819 units, including two escape and fire safety ones, making it a lift for every 58.5 units.

Also at the launching ceremony of the mock-up units, HD Mon Holdings has introduced three out of the five types of units which were designed under the minimalist style – one of the most prevailing trends in the world.

All of the units feature elegant and unique minimalist design, while designers took special care to allow plentiful natural sunlight and ensure healthy air circulation across the rooms.

“Minimalist, but not monotone. All of the arrangements, such as the balconies and windows, make for constant air flow. In addition, a sky garden on every third floor also provides green spaces for the residents.” Phuong added.

“Every unit at The Zei receives a lot of interest from buyers because they offer a relaxing green living space in today's busy life, full of stress and increasing urban population,” he added.

Miss World Vietnam 2007 Ngo Phuong Lan and her husband also attended the launching ceremony of the mock-up units of The Zei after welcoming their newborn to the world.

“Very few people recognise and appreciate how nature can balance mental work and stress. Welcoming a new baby means our life has become a little bit more mixed up and a little more stressful. To find the best living space for us and for the baby, we are looking for units which have ample natural light and a minimalist style where we can feel at home, disconnect from work and pressure, and recharge every day,” Lan said.

Located at 8 Le Duc Tho Street and bordered by the three main routes of Le Duc Tho, Ham Nghi, and Nguyen Co Thach, from The Zei, residents have easy access to neighboring public facilities such as international schools, hospitality venues, and office buildings which are home to many international groups.

The Zei is also the only project under construction in the My Dinh area with less than 900 high-end units. The project also provides five different types of units, allowing future owners of The Zei to live in, lease out or use their units for different functions.

According to property experts, the My Dinh area is now hunted by Japanese and Korean investors and homebuyers looking to rent because it is not yet so busy and has very easy access to and from the city’s centre and neighbouring areas. The area also offers the highest rental yield for apartments for lease, with around 5.7 per cent per year.

Combining many valuable facilities and an ideal location, The Zei satisfies its buyers both as a living space and an investment.
