ITC: Record date for dividend payment & annual general meeting

On March 13, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.377/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint stock Company (stock code: ITC) as follows:

-      Ex-right date: March 29, 2019 

-      Record date: April 01, 2019             

-      Purpose: to organize the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and pay dividend for 2017.

-      Details:

1. The 2019 Annual General Meeting:

-      Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-      Meeting date: 8:30, April 25, 2019   

-     Meeting venue: The meeting hall of Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint stock Company, 18 Nguyen Binh Khiem, Dakao ward, district 1, HCMC.

Note: If the first meeting is not successful, the second meeting will be organized on May 10, 2019 according to the shareholder list on April 01, 2019.

2. The dividend installment for 2017:

-       Payment ratio: 10% (VND1,000 for a share)

-       Payment date: April 16, 2019

-       Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint stock Company as of April 16, 2019.
