Novaland launches project in Cam Ranh

Novaland Group has officially penetrated into the potential tourism real estate market in Cam Ranh City in the central coast province of Khanh Hoa with the launch of its NovaBeach Cam Ranh Resort & Villas project, which covers 23 hectares.

Located on Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, NovaBeach Cam Ranh is a five-minute drive from Cam Ranh International Airport. In particular, it has a 350-meter coastline. This tourism property complex has 182 villas, 26 bungalows, four-star hotels with 330 rooms and three- and four-star condotels with some 1,700 units. The project will be operated by Minor Hotels Group, which is in partnership with many brands such as AVANI, AVANI Residences and Oaks.

Villas of the project have the renaissance architecture style of Spain, and are located around a lagoon, on a hill and along a beach.

The project also features resorts with pools, and one-, two- and three-bedroom resorts, with an area of 300-600 square meters each.

In the first offering, Novaland will put up for sale 50 two-bedroom villas around the lagoon. These furnished villas, which have an area of 300-450 square meters each, are priced at VND15 billion per unit.

The group will offer numerous promotion programs for customers of such villas, including an annual interest rate of 8% until the handover of villas, a tael of gold and two nights at Azerai Can Tho Resort, among others.

At NovaBeach Cam Ranh Resort & Villas, customers can enjoy the view of Bai Dai Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Especially, villas of the project are built around the lagoon, making it special compared to other projects.

The project also includes facilities meeting international standards, such as pools, parks, children’s playground, a sport area, clubs, a kayak station and an area for catering services.

This year, Khanh Hoa Province will host the National Tourism Year and the Sea Festival. Cam Ranh City’s tourism will be promoted to help the province attract more international tourists with high spending such as those from South Korea, Japan, Canada and Western European countries, besides tourists from the traditional source markets of Russia and China.

Last year, Khanh Hoa Province welcomed more than 6.3 million visitors, up 15% versus the previous year, including nearly 2.8 million international guests, a surge of over 36% against 2017. The province expects to serve 8.5 million tourists in 2020 with 3.5 million from other countries, and to develop tourism into a key economic sector.

With the increasing number of tourists visiting Khanh Hoa, the investment in resorts in Cam Ranh is predicted to generate huge profits for real estate investors.

The launch of the NovaBeach Cam Ranh project is part of Novaland’s plan to execute the second phase of its business strategy, focusing on real estate and tourism. The group’s targets are to work with professional consultants and operators to offer “perfect destinations” for both local and foreign tourists, to turn these places into tourism and entertainment hubs of the region and to highlight Vietnam on the world’s tourism map.

Novaland will develop tourism services and resorts in potential localities such as Phu Quoc, Can Tho, HCMC, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Phan Thiet, Ninh Thuan, Cam Ranh, Quang Nam and Danang.

For further information, customers should visit a model villa of the NovaBeach Cam Ranh Resort & Villas project at 26 Mai Chi Tho Street, District 2, HCMC, or contact the hotline 0903 694 888.
