Phu My Hung introduced The Peak phase 2, the last component of Midtown

Phu My Hung Development Corporation started 2019 by the introduction of The Peak phase 2 – the last component of the Midtown project on January 17.

The Peak – the crowning jewel of Phu My Hung Midtown – consists of two blocks (M8A and M8B) connected by a garden and a central waterfront. M8B was launched before in November and December 2018 with 338 units.

M8A is going to be launched for sale with 698 units from 72 to 292 square metres from two to three bedrooms and tophouses.

M8A is the most prestigious building of The Peak which directly looks over the nearby river and Sakura Park.

According to Norihiko Kudo, an architect from Kyta Architects Company and the project's designer, the developers and designers wanted to create something very special for The Peak.

Meanwhile, Truong Quoc Hung, deputy general director of Phu My Hung Development Corporation, said that this project was not only the culmination of the developers and architects’ knowledge and experiences but is a result of their great enthusiasm and love for this project.

“We believe that when a journey comes to its peak, it is not an end, but a start for another journey to discover the best and the most interesting things to see and enjoy,” Hung said.

Also at the introduction ceremony, two mock-up units were opened with a mock-up lobby exactly like the lobby in the real buildings.

All of the introduction, consultancy, and mock-up visits of this project are conducted exclusively by Phu My Hung Real Estate Transaction Centre, which is directly managed by Phu My Hung Development Corporation.

The Peak phase 2 – M8A building will be officially opened for sale within the first quarter of 2019.

Like many other components of Midtown, such as The Grande, The Symphony, and The Signature, The Peak continues to receive great support from the market. As a result, more than 90 per cent of the products of M8B were registered within hours after it was officially offered for sale.

The Peak phase 2 – final component of Phu My Hung Midtown

Through the journey of more than two years, with more than 1,600 products absorbed by the market, Midtown has proved incredibly attractive to buyers. Therefore, the sales of The Peak phase 2, the last component, promises to be yet another resounding success.

Phu My Hung Midtown is an exquisite project jointly developed by Phu My Hung Development Corporation and its three Japanese partners, Daiwa House Group, Nomura Real Estate Group, and Sumitomo Forestry Group.

Each component of the project boasts unique design, utilities and landscaping. This last component, The Peak, is the highest location of the whole complex.

Midtown was chosen to start for a new year

Based on Phu My Hung's flowery business performance in the last two years, Midtown had achieved the highest absorption rate in Phu My Hung's portfolio, prompting the developer to select the Midtown project for its first launch in the new year of 2019.

Right from the first launch at the end of 2016, Phu My Hung Midtown has been continuously creating unexpected and spectacular kicks on the real estate market.

With a well-planned investment, stable sales strategy, and a focus on residents in all aspects, Midtown's absorption has always been at almost 100 per cent right from the launching ceremonies. Thousands of visitors have participated in every launching ceremony and the lucky draws for the opportunity to buy a product at the complex.

Being one of the leading property developers in Vietnam, Phu My Hung Development Corporation sold more than 1,300 high-end products to the market in 2018 only, at the Midtown, Urban Hill, and Hung Phuc Premier projects.

Also in 2018, more than 1,380 products and 81 shophouses at Hung Phuc – Happy Residence, Nam Phuc – Le Jardin, Scenic Valley 2, and Riverpark Premier were handed over to customers. Additionally, 1,500 customers were given ownership certifications.
