On January 28, 2019, HOSE issued Decision No.25/QD-SGDHCM to allow Tan Binh Import – Export Joint Stock Corporation (securities code: TIX) to change the listing as follows:
- Number of shares before additional listing: 26,400,000 shares
- Additional volume: 3,600,000 shares
- Total additional value (based on par value): VND36,000,000,000
- Number of shares after additional listing: 30,000,000 shares
- Total value after additional listing: VND300,000,000,000
- Effective date of the listing license: January 30, 2019
- Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the existing shareholders
