SVI: Resolution on the 2019 EGM

Bien Hoa Packaging Company announces the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2019 (EGM) dated January 15, 2019 as follows:

  1. Approving the resignation of Mr. Pham Van Dieu as member of BOD.
  2. Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Hoang as member of BOD.
  3. Approving the resignation of Mr. Hoang Ngoc Luu as member of BOD.
  4. Approving the resignation of Mr. Truong Hoa Minh as member of BOD.
  5. Approving the resignation of Mr. Ly Phat as member of Supervisory Board.
  6. Approving the additional list of member of BOD for the period 2018 – 2023:

-       Mr. Trinh Thanh Can

-       Mr. Vu Duc Tien

-       Mr. Nguyen Quy Thinh

-       Mr. Nguyen Duc Minh.

7. Approving the additional list of member of Supervisory Board for the period 2018 – 2023:

-       Mrs. Do Thi Ngoc Hanh

-       Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hong Phuc.
