VID: Decision on the change of listing

On December 25, 2018, HOSE issued a decision to allow Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation (securities code: VID) to change the listing as follows:

-      Number of shares before additional listing: 25,522,767 shares

-      Additional volume: 2,551,172 shares

-      Total additional value (based on par value): VND25,511,720,000

-      Number of shares after additional listing: 28,073,939 shares

-      Total value after additional listing: VND280,739,390,000

-      Effective date of the listing license:  December 27, 2018

-      Reason of change: Stock issuance to pay dividend for 2017.
