Ascott opens first Citadines Apart'hotel in Binh Duong
CapitaLand’s wholly-owned serviced residence business unit, The Ascott Limited (Ascott), has opened its first Citadines-branded serviced residence in the southern province of Binh Duong.
The 204-unit Citadines Central Binh Duong is located at 328C Binh Duong Avenue, Thuan An town, which takes only the five-minute travelling by shuttle bus service from AEON MALL, Song Be Golf Course, a 30-minute travelling to Binh Duong New City/VSIP 2, approximately 40 minute-travelling to the financial hub of Ho Chi Minh City, and an hour travelling from Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

The 19-storey serviced residence offers business and leisure travellers 204 units, ranging from 35-square metres, one-bedroom studios, to 71-sq.m two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment is tastefully furnished and comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, separate living room and dining area, as well as complimentary wireless Internet access, smart LED television, washing machine, and other modern amenities.
Guests can enjoy a comprehensive range of lifestyle facilities including an outdoor swimming pool and children’s wading pool, fitness centre, sauna room, residents’ lounge, café and restaurant.
