Pérolas Villas Resort, a serene jewel of true and refined natural beauty

Boasting broad and clean beaches which are not impacted by annual typhoon season, Hon Lan International Tourism Area is an outstanding tourism development hotspot. The location is now home to almost 30 developmental projects. Among these, Pérolas Villas Resort emerged as one of the most popular choices for both investors and visitors alike.

BINH THUAN – KING OF RESORTS

Located in the coastal area of the southern central region, Binh Thuan holds an important geographical position as a gateway for economic, cultural, and social exchanges among the southeast and south central regions, as well as the Central Highlands. The province also acts as a bridge connecting the large tourist-rich cities of Nha Trang, Dalat, Ho Chi Minh City, and Vung Tau.

Utilising the twin foundations of natural beauty and infrastructure investment from the government, Binh Thuan has become one of the most attractive destinations for both domestic and international tourists. A range of large-scale projects have been implemented which are expected to transform Binh Thuan into an international-standard tourism destination.

In this February, the 113-kilometre-long Vinh Hao-Phan Thiet Highway and the 98 kilometre Phan Thiet-Dau Giay Expressway were officially launched with a total investment of more than VND20 trillion ($885 million). These two projects, expected to be put into operation in 2020, will reduce the time from Ho Chi Minh City to Phan Thiet down to two hours on road. In addition, in the fourth quarter of 2019, Phan Thiet International Airport in Binh Thuan will be unveiled, creating a breakthrough for tourism in Phan Thiet. This project has been approved by the Ministry of Transport with a total investment of VND5.6 trillion ($247.8 million).

Containing stretches of golden sand which remain outside the typhoon zone, Hon Lan International Tourism Area is an ideal location for new nature resorts. The prime location, together with Ta Cu National Forest, Ke Ga Cape (which has the highest lighthouse in Southeast Asia) and scenic fishing villages dotting the coast, are elevating Binh Thuan as a new tourism hub to attract both domestic and international tourists.

A NATURAL PEARL

Located at the heart of Hon Lan International Tourism Area, Pérolas Villas Resort boasts outstanding landscapes that create wonderful harmonies with the surrounding natural environment. The resort conducts a marvellous symphony of forest, sea, sunshine, wind, and sand that only a handful of resorts can compare to.

Pérolas Villas Resort offers a fresh environment of more than 8,000 square metres of tropical garden and more than 5,000sq.m of wild beach. The resort is the place to be for holiday-goers who want to get in touch with nature and escape the complexities of everyday life.

The tropical garden, featuring a myriad of trees, will transport visitors into a world of fairytales. Tourists can enjoy a spa treatment right there in the heart of the tropical garden, in unparalleled conditions of perfect Vietnamese environment. Meanwhile, the long stretches of beaches with smooth sand make an ideal location for visitors to enjoy all that nature has to offer, such as a mesmerising sunset or sunrise.

The resort contains four main areas. The first, near the reception and parking lot, consists of a restaurant, a convention centre, and two blocks of hotel villas. This area has been designed with plenty of open space, with outstanding elements of La Tin Lake and a road made by volcanic rocks.

The second area consists of 40 garden villas, a tropical garden, and spa facilities. The outstanding feature of this area is the La Tin Wall built from volcanic remnants which allows visitors to enjoy the tropical garden and breathe the sea air.

The third area consist of 60 sea-view villas, while the fourth area features a service centre and four premium sea-view villas containing two swimming pools and a gym.

In order to safeguard the resort’s natural environment, only electronic cabs and bicycles are allowed in the resort.

However, it is not just the beautiful landscape: Pérolas Villas Resort also astounds visitors with the simple, yet unique architecture of its boutique villas.

The architecture harmonises modern and traditional styles. The interiors feature traditional ceramic and wooden fittings made from locally-sourced materials that are simple yet elegant, and set the resort apart. The use of Bat Trang ceramics was inspired by the designs of the historic Tran Dynasty.

These traditional designs are complemented with modern equipment, such as smart TVs, garden spas, and minibars that will meet the wishes of even the most demanding investor. It is true what they say: Pérolas Villas Resort will let you enjoy life in a traditional Vietnamese village, but still offer the utmost convenience of modern living.

WORTHY OF INVESTMENT

Pérolas Villas Resort offers 100 villas which are now sold at a minimum price of VND3.6 billion per unit ($159,000). The villas were built on land plots of a minimum of 300sq.m, with single storey to ensure visitors are never more than a door away from the resort’s patented natural environment.

This is a reasonable price for a well-planned project with low construction density (25 per cent) and unique design. The project also has good liquidity and brings about stable benefits based on the development of the area for investors. All of these benefits occur from the long-term investment strategy of the project owner – a green strategy which is in line with current market trends.
