HNX: Stock under temporary trading suspension (MVN)

Pursuant to Regulations on Organization and Management of UPCoM at the HNX attached to Decision No.455/QĐ-SGDHN dated 20/06/2017 by Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX announces the temporary suspension of MVN stock as follows:
-          Issuer: Vietnam National Shipping Lines
-          Securities type: common stock
-          Stock code: MVN
-          Par value: VND10,000/share
-          Number of shares under temporary trading suspension: 5,420,900 shares
-          Total value under temporary trading suspension (by par): VND 54,209,000,000
-          Trading restriction: MVN can only be traded on Friday weekly.
-          Effective date: 08/10/2018
-          Reason: Auditor denies to give comment on Audited Reviewed FS 2018 (consolidated). According to Point d, Item 1, Article 32 of the Trading Regulation, the stock is put under temporary restriction trading.
Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when MVN stock is allowed to be traded again after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading suspension.
