KSA: KSA reminded about information disclosure

On May 10, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.168/QD-SGDHCM to temporarily stop transactions relating to the stock of Binh Thuan Mineral Industry Joint Stock Company (stock code: KSA) as from May 17, 2018 because Binh Thuan Mineral Industry Joint Stock Company continued violating the regulations on information disclosure after put under the special supervision.

Until May 05, 2018, the Company has not reported its audited financial statements in 2017 and Quarter 1.2018 and has not implemented the tax obligation to the State’s budget yet. Therefore, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to remind the Company to send documents explaining the late information disclosure.
