SDD: HNX notice: SDD under supervision

Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.639/QD-SGDHN dated on 13/10/2016, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision and trading restriction:

  • Issuer: Song Da Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company
  • Stock code: SDD
  • Reason: Profit after tax of shareholders in holding company (2016 – 2017) in the audited FS were negative
  • Trading restriction: Only trading on Friday
  • Effective date: 11/04/2018
