Phu My Hung’s The Signature units sold out

Phu My Hung Development Corporation, developer of Phu My Hung City Centre in HCM City’s District 7, said it has sold out all units in The Signature apartment project.

The second round of sales at The Signature, which attracted over 1,200 prospective buyers, had 245 apartments on offer and they were all snapped up within an hour.

In the first round of sales earlier this year too all units on offer were bought.

The Signature is the third apartment project in the Phu My Hung Midtown complex, which is being developed in the South District of Phu My Hung City Centre.

Since its launch in January last year around 1,230 apartments and shop-houses have been sold at the average price of VND60 million – VND70 million (US$2,630-$3,000) per square metre.

The company said 20 per cent of customers have been foreigners.

Phu My Hung Midtown has four projects, and three – The Grande, The Symphony and The Signature – have been sold out.

The last project will be launched next year, according to the company.
