AGF: AGF to be put into warning status

On January 24, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.24/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Angiang Fisheries Import & Export Joint Stock Company (stock code: AGF) into warning status as from January 31, 2018.

Reason: The after-tax profit was -187.329 billion dongs, and the undistributed after-tax profit until September 30, 2017 was -92.323 billion dongs. This is the case of warned securities, regulated at Point 1.1b and 1.1c, Article 22 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
