Phase II of Diamond Island officially topped-out

The topping-out ceremony of luxury waterfront condominium Diamond Island phase II on September 15 was successfully celebrated by its developer Kusto Home, and general design and build contractor Coteccons.

The remaining works are still under construction and are expected to be handed over to homebuyers in the third quarter of 2018.

Diamond Island phase II includes five exquisite towers - Hawaii, Bora Bora, Bahamas, Maldives, and Canary, the structural works of which have been completed after 16 months of construction.

Applying new construction technologies, the Diamond Island project team and Coteccons guarantee that the project’s quality is in line with the strictest industry standards in order to provide customers with the highest quality condominiums as committed.

Kusto Home have been continuously working with Artelia, Coteccons, Landsculptor Studio, for the landscaping and facilities, such as the 2,300-square-metre resort-style swimming pool and the Pirate Ship themed water park.

The developer, the supervisor, the main contractor, and the interior design firm DWPalso simultaneously accelerated interior works inside condominiums and public areas, such as corridors, elevators, and the lobby, to ensure timely handover to purchasers.
