Novaland launches promotion to celebrate its 25th anniversary

Real estate giant Novaland Group has launched a new promotion on the occasion of its 25th anniversary.

 

Customers will receive a free 25 years of management, equivalent to VNĐ500 million when buying projects at Lakeview City, The Sun Avenue, Orchard Parkview, Golden Mansion, Botanica Premier, Kingston, RichStar, Sunrise Riverside, Sunrise Cityview, The Tresor, RiverGate and Sài Gòn Royal until the end of this month.

The offer will be applied at the same time as promotions of each project.

During 20 years of development, Novaland has become one of the leading property developers in the country.

Most of the company’s projects are located in HCM City and have attracted many customers.

Sunrise Riverside, a project in District 7, is a complex of apartments, office-tels and shophouses. The project has now offered a promotion of free electronic packages worth VNĐ120 million. Furthermore, a price of VNĐ3.05 billion is applied for all three-bedroom apartments.

The Sun Avenue is located in District 2. The price of VNĐ4.1 billion is applied to all three-bedroom apartments.
