Phu My Hung rolls out promotion on Scenic Villas

Phu My Hung Development Corporation has launched a promotion programme for customers of its Scenic Villas project.

The company has tied up with Vietcombank and Standard Chartered Bank to offer customers loans at low interest rates.

Buyers can get a loan of 70 per cent of the cost of a villa for 20 years and have to bring in only 30 per cent themselves.

The loans are interest-free for the first 16 months. Customers can also get discounts of up to 40 per cent when buying interior decoration items and furniture from several brands like Vietceramics, Niro Ceramic, Grohe, Daikin, Aconcept, Moen, Malloca, Urban Design, Thi t M c, Delta Decor, Elica and Etron Smarthome.

A Phú My Hung spokesperson said this is the first promotion for Scenic Villas this year. In the past the company has offered three similar promotions.

The promotions are one of the company's many efforts to fulfil its promise of providing more value to customers buying housing from it.
