Sungroup sells apartments in Ha Noi’s centre

Property developer Sun Group is offering for sale apartments at its housing and commercial complex Sun Grand City Ancora Residence.

The project, including offices, high-class apartments and a commercial centre, is located in Ha Noi’s centre on Hai Ba Trung District’s Luong Yen Street.

After Sungroup announced the sale on June 18, some 80 per cent of the project’s apartments have already been successfully sold, the group said.

Attractive policy

Do Thi Thao, director, TNB Real Estate Co., Ltd, attributed the high transaction volume to the attractive financial support policy of the investor, convenient location and the potential for the purchaser to increase value in the near future.

Nguyen Van Hai, a buyer living on Nguyen Cong Tru Street, feels lucky to be one of the first customers to complete the purchase.

"My wife and I have been living near Ha Noi’s old quarter for a long time, but this area is becoming too crowded and the quality of my house has also deteriorated. However, we still prefer living near the centre, so we’ve been waiting for a project like Sun Grand City Ancora Residence for a long time,” Hai said.

According to Sungroup, buyers can enjoy preferential interest rate of zero per cent within 18 months to borrow up to 65 per cent of the apartment’s listed value.

Family members of those who have already registered to buy apartments also enjoy a one per cent discount when buying an apartment with two bedrooms and a 1.5 per cent discount when buying an apartment with three or more bedrooms.

Unique location

According to Sun Group, the location is the project’s most attractive factor. With the current scarcity of land in the centre of the capital, the price of another comparable apartment complex is estimated to be several times higher than the price of an apartment at Sun Grand City Ancora Residence.

Le Xuan Nga, deputy general director of STDA Real Estate Project Supermarket System, said three main factors drawing customers are the investor, location and prices.

“In Viet Nam, Sun Group is recognised as an investor whose influence and reputation has grown beyond the region. Regarding the project’s location, this is one of the rare projects situated in the centre of Ha Noi, near Hoan Kiem Lake and Trang Tien Trade Centre,” Nga said.

At the event held to announce the sale of the apartments, many buyers received prizes such as a package tour to South Korea and Europe, as well as China and Japan.

Sun Grand City Ancora Residence is the second project of the Sun Grand City luxury apartment chain, invested by Sun Group. In addition to the prime location, the apartments are equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure that residents enjoy fresh air and a healthy lifestyle.

Inside each apartment, a pure water purification system meeting international standards is installed, providing drinking water right from the tap. Apartment windows use low-E insulation technology, minimising the effect of ultraviolet rays and bringing light to every corner.

According to Sungroup, as soon as the project is completed, the group will embark upon building a world-class inter-school system to ensure residents have an international standard education system within the residential area. This is part of a concrete plan to realise Sungroup’s commitment of creating for its customers a comfortable and modern living space.
