La Casta project opens at VND47 million per square metre

Hi Brand Vietnam Company Limited has officially launched the La Casta project at Van Phu Urban Area in Hadong district of Hanoi at VND47 million ($2,000) per square metre and above.

Sprawling on 6.5 hectares, the complex includes detached houses, shophouses, and high-end apartments. There are 359 low-rise houses with areas of 72sq.m and above, including 199 shophouses.

The Shophouse were designed with two sides facing the road. With Van Phu Urban Area’s prime location, the shophouses are suitable for owners who want to combine quality living and making money: they offer an opportunity of a comfortable life and increasing owners’ revenue. The highlight of the project is the clock tower that creates a high-class atmosphere throughout the area.

La Casta is like a small-scale city where residents enjoy a modern life with diverse, world-class amenities.

La Casta is the only project in Hadong district that has an almost 1-hectare park on its premises. In the near future, a 50-hectare sports park will be built next to the project.

“With so many large-scale real estate projects having been and being built, Hadong is soon going to become the new centre of Hanoi. La Casta is going to be a highlight of this area, attracting many customers,” said a representative of Hi Brand Vietnam.
