Market interests in Citadines Marina Halong beyond expectation

BIM Group’s luxury condotel projects in northern Quang Ninh Province – Citadines Marina Halong – has grabbed large market attention which goes beyond expectations, the developer said.

After the successful sale opening in May which saw nearly 300 successful transactions, the second sale event on Saturday attracted hundreds of investors looking for purchasing opportunities.

“There are many queries and the sale results are beyond our expectation,” a sale agent said.

“Citadines Marina Halong meets my expectation for the convergence of three factors: premium investment, luxury resort and an ideal place for resettling,” said Ho Sy Nam, a buyer.

To date, the project is the only in Quang Ninh Province which provides luxury condotels and condominiums of international standards.

It will be run by one of the world’s leading serviced apartment operator The Ascott Limited.

“I am convinced by all of the strong points Citadines owns,” Nam said.

Citadines Marina Halong, located in BIM Group’s Halong Marina Urban Area, has 176 luxury condominiums and 637 condotels, all overlooking Ha Long Bay.

The project has high-end facilities, including infinity pool, in-door pool, gymnasium, restaurants, recreation areas and smart parking system.

From Citadines Marina Halong, it is a five-minute walk to Halong Marina Plaza, CGV, Litte Vietnam shops, international school Singapore SIS and several kilometres away from Sunwork Ha Long Park, Sun Wheel, Zen Garden and Tuan Chau Complex.

For condotels, the developer guaranteed a profit of no less than 10 per cent of the apartment value in the first five years together with free stays for 15 nights per year and discount of 5 per cent for early pay-offs.

For condominiums, BIM Group offers zero services charges in five years for buyers.

Zero interest rate would be provided in 24 months and loan duration would be up to 25 years.
