Maldives Tower, crowning jewel of Diamond Island introduced successfully

Customers have shown strong interest in the high-end condominiums at Maldives Tower-Diamond Island, judging by the participation and number of bookings at the introduction event held on June 4, 2017.

Maldives, the fourth tower at Diamond Island, has been introduced to the market at Sheraton Saigon Hotel and 72.5 per cent of the units were snapped up during the two-hour event. This release is following the success of previously released towers Hawaii, Bora Bora, and Bahamas, where more than 95 per cent of the units were booked.

Maldives Tower is considered as the most luxurious tower at Diamond Island Phase 2, with the average price of units being over VND62 million per square metre. Maldives is the only tower that features four-bedroom units with panoramic view on three sides, offering the breath-taking scenery of Saigon River, Thu Thiem New Urban Area, and Bitexco Financial Tower rising in the background of Diamond Island’s resort-style natural landscape.

The finishing equipment such as kitchen equipment, air conditioner and sanitary ware is imported from Europe and the imported marble stone slabs decorating the living and dining rooms as well as the kitchen area. In addition, all rooms are kitted out with a concealed air conditioner system.

During the introduction event, Kusto Home also announced that Diamond Island received the Best Condo Landscape Architectural Design award at Vietnam Property Awards 2017. This event is a part of the Asia Property Awards hosted by Property Guru, Asia’s leading online property group.

Besides, Diamond Island was also recognised for the “Best high-end condo development in Ho Chi Minh City - highly commended.”

“This Best Condo Landscape Architectural Design Award is the well-deserved result for our on-going efforts to create an ideal living place and the best value for our customers in Vietnam. The success of Diamond Island comes from the seasoned expertise, vision, and the prestige, coupled with the group of enthusiastic management and staff members,” said Murat Utemisov, CEO of Kusto Home.

The only island within Ho Chi Minh City, Diamond Island has met all the stringent selection criteria with elegant ease, to completely conquer customers, investors, and the judging panel's evaluation committee. Diamond Island redefines the concept of waterfront location, as each unit boasts of sweeping views over the Saigon and Giong Ong To rivers all the way to Ho Chi Minh City’s buzzing Central Business District.

Diamond Island is considered a pioneer of luxury and green living in Ho Chi Minh City, with its Luxury in Nature concept. With its prime location, quality and integrated lifestyle concept, Diamond Island will continue to attract discerning homebuyers who are on the lookout for well-executed projects developed by a reputable developer. It represents the best of high-class living in Vietnam.
