Prudential opens new branch in Luang Prabang

Prudential Life Assurance (Lao) Company Limited (Prudential Laos) recently launched a new sales unit branch at the ACLEDA Bank branch in Luang Prabang province, aiming to offer products that better suit customers' needs.

The opening of the new branch is in line with Prudential's credo of �Always Listening, Always Understanding�, which is available throughout the country at ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd.

The event was attended by representatives from the company and provincial authorities along with other invited guests.

Prudential opened its representative office in Vientiane in March 2015 and has since received a licence from the Ministry of Finance to begin business operations.

Prudential has established a strategic and exclusive �bancassurance� partnership in Laos with ACLEDA Bank Lao, a reputable commercial bank with more than 40 branches across the country.

Prudential Laos is now distributing its products to customers of ACLEDA Bank Lao through the branch network, starting in Vientiane before expanding nationwide in the near future.

Prudential Corporation Asia, part of the UK-based Prudential plc, has now started its life insurance business in Laos.
