Party honours BIM’s Phu Quoc Waterfront hotels' buyers

Property developer BIM Group partnered with real estate service firm MGV on Saturday to successfully organise a party for buyers of the Phu Quoc Waterfront boutique hotels.

The appreciation party, which included wonderful art performances in a warm ambience, was a way for BIM Group to express its sincere gratitude to hundreds of its loyalty customers, who had contributed to the developer reaching new heights.

"We thank our customers for trusting us and accompanying us on our journey towards sustainable development. We hope BIM Group, with our commitment to quality projects and services of international standards, will always be a brand of prestige, besides having the trust and high appreciation of even the most demanding clients,” a representative of BIM Group said.

According to MGV, sales agent of BIM Group’s Phu Quoc Waterfront, this project had recorded remarkably good sales. The prestige of developer BIM Group, which credits itself for its quality, ensured all boutique hotels of the Phu Quoc Waterfront were sold out.

Phu Quoc Waterfront became a “phenomenon” in the island's property market following the rapid increase in the number of tourist arrivals each year. With prime location, quality and flexible sale policies, Phu Quoc Waterfront was a good investment opportunity, Dao Ngoc Yen, an investor in tourism property, said.

The project received 150 bookings, although only 97 units were released for sale at the launch last week.

Boutique Hotels Phu Quoc Waterfront is one of the first mini hotel projects on Phu Quoc Island, off the coast of southern Kiên Giang Province. The project covers 3.2ha in BIM Group’s Phu Quoc Marina complex, where a number of leading hospitality brands are concentrated, such as InterContinental, Regent and Sailing Club.

Phu Quoc Waterfront consists of three-and-a-half storey boutique hotels, with area from 70sq.m. to 145sq.m., based on standard hotel design.
