AWS to sell Cambodian arm to its local partner

Asia Wiring Systems (AWS), a subsidiary of global technology investment firm DeClout, will sell a controlling stake in its Cambodian branch to its local partner, according to industry reports.

Ly Sakhun, who already holds a 45 percent stake in AWS (Cambodia), will purchase the remaining shares of the company for $570,000. The firm provides communications and connectivity solutions to enterprises.
