The Crescent-last instalment of City Garden launched
On October 24, City Garden announced the official sale of the project’s final 160 luxury condominium apartments in the Crescent - the fourth and final tower of the City Garden project.
The apartments will be available to the public on a first-come, first-serve basis starting on the morning of Saturday November 12, 2016, from 9am until noon.
Set a little off the main road at 59 Ngo Tat To street in Binh Thanh district, City Garden is a stone’s throw from the city centre. Among the city’s most popular and successful real estate projects, City Garden offers residents a one-of-a-kind sanctuary from the bustle of Ho Chi Minh City.
“With its ideal location just a few minutes from the city centre, the Crescent is the perfect choice for buyers seeking stunning architecture, flawless building-quality, and five-star resort-style living,” said William Towne Baker, general director of City Garden. “City Garden is truly a peaceful oasis where you can enjoy total relaxation in the comfort of world-class living spaces, with lush gardens and resort-style amenities.”
The Crescent sits on a portion of the project’s 22,899 square-metre plot, comprising 160 high-end apartments ranging from 65 to 145 square metres. Designed by renowned architect currently based in Australia Koos de Kiejezer of DKO, Crescent is a singular elliptical tower within the well-known quartet. Residents in this tower will enjoy stunning panoramic view over the city.
Combining the four towers to create City Garden, one of the most distinguishing elements of the project is its dedicated use of green spaces. Residents in the development enjoy exclusive access to landscaped gardens which account for 70 per cent of the land area, or 17,000 square metres. The project proudly features a fully integrated landscape design incorporating open lawns and lush gardens.
Set for completion in the second quarter of 2018, City Garden has consistently delivered the best in terms of style, design, facilities, and overall lifestyle.
“In 2009, we set out to create a genuinely superior urban living environment in Ho Chi Minh City,” Baker continued. “Throughout the process, we have taken our residents’ feedback into account time and again to make the necessary changes to guarantee an even more complete and enjoyable living environment. Now, as we release apartments in our fourth and final tower, having improved and upgraded various aspects of design, service, and facilities, we are proud to make City Garden home to a few more proud owners.”
