Sun Group opens sale of Phu Quoc resorts

Sun Group Corporation is putting its Phu Quoc resorts up for sale at Hanoi Sofitel Hotel and HCM City New World Hotel on September 24 and 25.

Sun Group is one of Viet Nam's leading private economic groups.

The two premium resorts being sold through official distribution channels are the S4 building with a direct beach view, part of the Condotel Premier Residence Phu Quoc Emerald Bay project, and the beach front villas of the Premier Village Phu Quoc Resort project.

Buyers who pre-book properties of these projects exclusively on September 24 and 25 will receive an incentive of VND250 million (US$11,200) and other preferential treatment.

Real estate experts acknowledged that the main advantage of investing in these two projects is a reasonable payment term, which helps owners remain financially flexible. Under the terms of ownership, a payment of 30 per cent is required at signing, 65 per cent at closing and five per cent during the transfer of the deed.

The two premium projects are at the centre of a network of resort and recreation projects on southern Phu Quoc Island. Sun Group Corporation is implementing a selection of projects to turn this area into a gem on Viet Nam's map of tourism.

Other projects to open in the near future include the JW Marriott Emerald Bay Resort & Spa at the end of the year.

Phu Quoc Island in Southern Kien Giang Province is being seen as a desirable destination for tourists in the future and owning properties in the area underscores the long term vision of investors.
