CapitaLand to launch last tower at Seasons Avenue: Tower S4 - Sonata Premier

Singaporean developer CapitaLand is launching for sale the last tower of its Seasons Avenue project in Mo Lao urban area, Hanoi.

The most premium tower of Seasons Avenue

At 41 storeys high, Tower S4 – Sonata Premier offers 37 floors of premium living space for the whole family. With five lifts serving only nine apartments on every floor, residents will enjoy shorter wait-times to get between floors. S4 also comes in a variety of unit types – from 80 square metres to 134 sq.m.– so prospects can be assured that there is something for everyone.

Surrounded by lush greenery, and a spectacular view of a 2.7-hectare lake in Mo Lao urban area, residents of Sonata Premier are treated to the best views in the Seasons Avenue project. Moreover, each apartment comes with a balcony with closed clothesline which not only creates privacy, but also preserves the elegant façade of the project. Each unit is also designed to optimise the amount of natural light in every room.

State-of-the-art facilities & bespoke service

Residents of S4 are not only spoiled by a plethora of 60 different facilities at Seasons Avenue, they also have convenient access to the most attractive features at Seasons Avenue: a star-gazing, observation deck and an all-season swimming pool with natural lighting. Both will help residents unwind with their families after a long day at work.

Inspired by resorts, Seasons Avenue features a wide range of Singapore-grade facilities – a 600 sq.m. infinity pool, BBQ garden, party room and more – for every one. With huge areas dedicated to exercise and communal spaces, Seasons Avenue offers not only facilities, but also a chance to interact and be part of the diverse community of global citizens who have purchased units in Seasons Avenue.

VVIP PREMIER distinct services

What differentiates Sonata Premier from other towers at Seasons Avenue is its VVIP Premier service. Synonymous with concierge service at 5-star hotels, these professionals are here to serve every need: from every day tasks such as booking taxis, managing newspaper subscriptions, mail carrier, and reserving restaurants, to important tasks like booking tour packages, babysitting, or other supportive personalised services that strive to bring convenience to the residents of S4 – Seasons Avenue.

Early-Bird Promotion

For a limited time period, CapitaLand is offering a two-year management fee waiver and five-year pool fee waiver. The first 50 customers will also receive one of many exclusive gifts, namely the latest iPhone 7s, iPads, and Apple Watches.

Tower S4 – Seasons Avenue also offers a flexible payment scheme. For customers with less cash on hand, they only need to deposit VND50 million ($2,240) and pay up to 30 per cent of the apartments’ price within six months until the handover period, which is estimated in the third quarter of 2018.

For customers with more cash on hand, they can choose the fast payment progress, which is to pay up to 50 per cent of the apartments’ price within a month after deposit, to receive an attractive discount of 5 per cent. Existing CapitaLand customers will also receive a further 1.5 per cent discount.

CapitaLand is also working with HSBC Bank to guarantee all advance payments for customers who successfully transact in this period.
