Emerald back on ASX after turning to gold

Emerald Resources NL, an Australian mining firm with interests in Cambodia, will relist on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on Tuesday following the company’s compliance with chapters 1 and 2 of the exchange’s listing rules and rule 11.1.3, the company said in a filing yesterday.

The company delisted on March 31 in order to shift its focus from oil and gas exploration in the United States to gold exploration in Cambodia. Some 1.3 million shares will be available when trading resumes.
