The goal of the General Department of Viet Nam Customs is to boost information and technology in all customs state management activities in order to facilitate people and enterprises.

Online public services at level 4 allow applicants to pay fees and receive notifications online.

In particular, the risk management system will also be reviewed and upgraded starting this year to better serve the people and businesses.
