BIM Group offers more discounts to buyers

The firm recovery of the property market in 2015, driven by macroeconomic improvements and policies of openness, gave major realty brands great opportunities to make breakthroughs.

However, quality continued to be the decisive factor that attracted buyers.

With this in mind, Syrena Viet Nam, a member of the multi-sector BIM Group, with its operations focusing on property development, strove to provide a green living environment and professional service quality in every project it developed.

The flagship project of Syrena Viet Nam was the 248ha Halong Marina Urban Area, comprising a number of high-profile residential and commercial projects, which gave a makeover to the tourist destination of Ha Long City. Syrena Viet Nam also developed projects in Laos and Phu Quoc.

Syrena Viet Nam will organise an appreciation party on January 16 in Vinpearl Halong Bay, in Quang Ninh Province's Ha Long City, to express its gratitude to customers who put their faith in and stuck with the BIM Group during its development. Ðon Qu?c Huy, deputy chairman of the BIM Group, said the group reaffirmed its commitment to offer quality property products as an expression of gratitude to its customers.

The developer will offer preferential policies till January 18 to buyers of apartments at Green Bay Towers and the townhouses of Lotus Residences and Green Bay Village, all located in the Halong Marina Urban Area.

Accordingly, the buyers of the last units of Green Bay Towers will get the apartments immediately after they pay 30 per cent of the cost, with monthly instalments for the remaining amount at zero interest rate. Green Bay Village, the first luxury apartment building project in Ha Long City, is currently home to about 400 households.

Lotus Residences and Green Bay Villages, developed as a resort townhouse model and a gated community, respectively, are also offering great investment opportunities to buyers, besides providing an ideal living environment.

With the rental pool to be applied at Lotus Residences, the developer guarantees an annual profit of eight per cent of the townhouse value in the first three years in operation, worth up to VND1.7 billion (US$75,600). The developer is offering free interior decoration packages to those participate in the rental pool. Eighty per cent of the Lotus Residences townhouses have been sold.

At Green Bay Village, a gated community with high-end facilities, a green living environment and round-the-clock security, buyers will receive a discount of five per cent of the townhouse's value.
