LBC launches new look ‘Tigerhead' drinking water

Laos' leading brewery, Lao Brewery Company Limited (LBC), hopes the new packaging of its ‘Tigerhead' brand drinking water will prove popular with customers.

The launch of the new look drinking water took place at the company's offices in Vientiane yesterday.

Speaking at a press conference, LBC's Sales Director Mr Khamsone Phenglattanavong said the change in the shape of the bottle was part of the company's development plan to promote a new look and improve product quality.

“The quality of the drinking water remains unchanged but the bottle is stronger and easier to carry around, so we hope customers will soon get used to it,” he said.

When asked about preparedness for the Asean Economic Community (AEC), Mr Khamsone said the company was ready to improve every aspect of product quality, packaging and human resources in order to take on the competition.

“The launch of our new look drinking water today is part of our company's development plans and we do hope that our customers will continue to support us and buy our products as they have done in the past,” Mr Khamsone told Vientiane Times.

He ad ded that product improvements would continue to meet the needs of customers and give the company a strong competitive edge in the drinks market.
