Ha Noi-Moscow trade centre opens in Moscow
The Ha Noi – Moscow trade centre, which is part of the Hanoi-Moscow Complex (Incentra), was opened on December 19 in Moscow, Russia.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Vietnamese Ambassador in Russia Nguyen Thanh Son said the launch of the centre reflected the efforts of the Vietnamese people in Russia, as well as the valuable and effective support provided by the authorities and the people of Russia to Viet Nam.
Stanislav Odinokov, a representative of the Russian administration, praised the fruitful economic co-operation between Viet Nam and Russia and the inauguration of the trade centre.
The 40,000sq.m Incentra was constructed in 2010 by the INCENTRA JSC of Eurowindow Holding at a cost of nearly US$240 million.
The complex, comprising a modern shopping mall and an apartment-hotel building, was inaugurated in 2013.
According to the Foreign Investment Agency, Russia was operating 114 direct investment projects, with a total capital of $1.96 billion, in Viet Nam as of the end of September this year, ranking 17th among 105 countries and territories investing in Viet Nam.
Viet Nam had invested $2.4 billion in 18 projects in Russia as of the end of September.
