The Nassim sold over 90 per cent of its released units in private review

The Nassim, a luxury condominium project developed by Hongkong Land and SonKim Land in HCM City, sold over 90 per cent of released apartments after a private preview event was held on October 31.

 

The companies also sold two penthouses of over 450 square metres, each with a private swimming pool, sauna, BBQ area on a large sky deck, with the highest price at over VND80 million (US$3,593) per sq.m (VAT exclusive).

Located in the heart of Thao Dien in District 2, which has many community amenities and a growing economic base, The Nassim comprises four towers with 238 residential units ranging from one to four bedrooms, as well as penthouses that offers magnificent panoramic views and the serenity of the Saigon River.

Trinh Bao Quoc, CEO of SonKim Land, said: "Buyers in the luxury segment in Viet Nam are more sophisticated and demanding than ever before."
