Vingroup builds a Vincom complex in Ha Tinh

Property developer Vingroup kicked off the construction of Vincom complex in the central city of Ha Tinh on August 3.

According to the provincial people committee of Ha Tinh, the complex, spread over 57,000 sq.m, was located next to Ham Nghi Street in the north and Ha Huy Tap Street in the east of the city.

It included a five star hotel with 36 floors and 300 rooms , a Vincom commercial centre and a Vinhomes Ha Tinh with 115 villas and houses.

This was the first time for the group to have developed its Vinhomes apart from those in Ha Noi and HCM City. In Ha Noi, it already has five Vinhomes while there is one Vinhome in HCM City.

Once finished, the complex would be the tallest building in the province.

As planned, Vinhomes Ha Tinh would be completed by February, 2016 to serve the customers, while the hotel was expected to operate in January, 2017.

Le Khac Hiep, vice chairman of the group, said Ha Tinh was playing a key role in development in the central north, adding that it was one of the provinces that attracted significant foreign investment. The construction marked its investment strategy in the central region of Viet Nam, added Hiep.

Meanwhile, chairman of the province, Le Dinh Son, said the complex would be a key attraction of the province. He said the province would closely support the group in carrying out the project.
