Security, fire safety exhibition opens in HCM City

The country's largest security, safety and fire safety exhibition (Secutech Vietnam2015) opened on August 18 in HCM City, offering an opportunity for the industry to compare notes and seek business opportunities.

Organised by the Viet Nam Advertisement and Fair Exhibition Joint Stock Company and the Taiwan-based Messe Frankfurt New Era Business Media Ltd, the eighth edition of the event has attracted more than 100 exhibitors from many countries and territories.

On display at its 200 booths are the latest surveillance systems, alarms, access-control systems, intercoms, biometrics, fire safety and prevention products and rescue equipment, and industrial safety products.

There are also integrated solutions for buildings, factories, retail outlets, banks, hotels, and transportation and other businesses.

The Secutech Vietnam2015, on at the Sai Gon Exhibition and Conventional Centre in District 7 until August 20, will also feature seminars on digital surveillance and fire and safety.
