Gamuda wins plaudits for high-class development

Gamuda Gardens, the prime residential project developed by Gamuda Land Vietnam, has been honoured with the prestigious Best Residential Development in Hanoi award at the first-ever Vietnam Property Awards 2015.

Gamuda Land Vietnam is part of Gamuda Land, the property development arm of Gamuda Berhad, Malaysia’s leading construction and infrastructure group. The recent awards ceremony at the Intercontinental Asiana Saigon Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City served to reward top developers and the finest current developments and resort destinations across the country.

Following months of hard work and an intensive judging process, the integrated lifestyle township Gamuda Gardens has withstood rigid assessments to be named among the winners. With its outstanding features, such as the developer’s strategic vision, an exceptional master plan, quality design, sustainability, and unique core values, Gamuda Gardens has differentiated itself from other acclaimed projects in the same category.

“This award is indeed a testament to our team’s hard work over the last seven years. The achievement also reflects our team’s endless efforts to develop Gamuda Gardens as the best residential development in Hanoi,” said Cheong Ho Kuan, general director of Gamuda Land Vietnam. “This award also affirms the trust that we have received from our residents, customers, partners, and esteemed judges, without which we could not have achieved this award. This meaningful award will further inspire and drive us forward in the development of integrated lifestyle townships in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City”

“While the market struggled in the last few years, it is now back on track, with local industry players raising the bar to global standards. The Vietnam Property Awards is the most credible platform that recognises such growth,” said Terry Blackburn, CEO of Ensign Media, which hands out the awards and is the publisher of Asia’s industry-leading Property Report magazine.

Strategically located in Hanoi’s Hoang Mai district, the 73-hectare Gamuda Gardens is one of the four main components of Gamuda City – a new mega city in the south of Hanoi. Poised to be the next prime destination in Hanoi, Gamuda City showcases the best of living, education, entertainment, medical facilities, hospitality, and business experiences to support a quality lifestyle.

Once completed, Gamuda Gardens will provide more than 2,000 high-end units, including villas, semi-detached villas, terraced houses, and apartments.

The Botanic precinct, comprising 364 units of semi-detached and terraced houses, was completed and handed over to customers in April this year. Other facilities and amenities have also been completed in order to fulfill the daily needs of Gamuda Gardens’ residents.

The Singapore International School began enrollment for its first batch of students on August 17. An exclusive Gamuda Gardens Club is fully operational, serving as a community-oriented venue which encompasses high-quality healthcare and entertainment services. The THREE Central, an array of vibrant retail shops, is now also up for sales.

The ONE Residence currently has 10 out of 26 floors completed, and is expected to be finished by the end of 2016.
