Foreign buyers show interest in HCM City resort-housing project

Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate JSC (Sacomreal) said it has sold 216 out of 238 land lots in its Jamona Home Resort project in HCM City's Thu Duc District within a month.

Foreigners and overseas Vietnamese have bought 10 per cent of them.

The 9ha project will have resort-style residential villas along the Vinh Binh River.

The lots, measuring 140-520sq.m, start at a price of VND2 billion (US$90,909).

Sacomreal has signed on CBRE Vietnam as sole project distributor and marketer to foreigner buyers and tied up with LienViet Post Bank and VietBank for mortgages at 4.5 per cent interest for the first year.

The development will have a park, swimming pool, tennis courts, a marina, shops, and gym to serve residents.
