New Hanoi projects seeking for investors

People's Committee issues Decision on new land-use projects in the capital.

The Hanoi People's Committee has issued Decision No. 3415/QD-UBND, adding new land-use projects in the capital to the list of projects currently seeking investors.

New projects seeking investors are commercial districts with ancillary services (Quoc Oai district), a commercial and service zone (Thanh Tri district), and public facilities and two commercial markets (Hoai Duc district).

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment will guide the District People’s Committees of Quoc Oai, Thanh Tri and Hoai Duc to conduct land-use planning to 2020.

They will be required to make a list of construction works and projects every year, specify demand for land use and the conversion of paddy land into non-agricultural land, implement other related tasks, and ensure compliance with regulations on land management.

The Department of Architecture Planning and the Construction Planning Institute will review and update information on the planning criteria for approved projects.

They will also provide specific planning for the unit assigned as the bid holder, creating the basis for organizing bidding.

The Hanoi Tourism, Trade and Investment Promotion Center will actively collaborate with related departments and people’s committees to complete legal procedures for investment management and land management and other related regulations to ensure the bidding to select investors is conducted in accordance with legal provisions.
