AIA Vietnam granted Vietnam Trusted Brand 2015 Award

Leading wholly foreign-owned life insurer AIA Vietnam just won the award Vietnam Trusted Brand 2015, the third year in a row it received the title.

The award was presented as a result of a survey on reliable products and services conducted by the Vietnam Standard and Consumers Association and the Nguoi Tieu Dung (Consumers) newspaper.

The Vietnam Trusted Brand prize is organised to honour and reward businesses providing quality products and excellent services to consumers.

The programme can help identify and promote good products and excellent services for the Vietnamese customer needs. The programme also helps enhance the enterprises’ prestige and corporate responsibility towards their consumers.

Along with “Golden Dragon” for nine years and “Trusted Products, Perfect Service to Consumers” awards for three consecutive year, the Trusted Brand 2015 prize has acknowledged the great effort from the entirety of AIA Vietnam distribution channels and staff in enhancing customer service quality, diversifying portfolio of products and professional agency service, affirming its goal of growing into one of the most preferred companies in Vietnam.

In line with such goal, at the beginning of 2015, “nest by AIA” and “AIA Exchange” were launched as differentiated and unique models in the market.

“nest by AIA” is a space created to attract big-city dwellers providing opportunities for them to become aware of life insurance so that they can realize its importance and relevance to their own lives.

It is a unique concept which combined a customer service centre, an event space and a place for sharing and connection all into one. In addition, this destination is where AIA provides customer services without a counter, transacting payments without cash and completing application for life insurance without paper.

While “nest by AIA” is about the customers, AIA Exchange is about the life planners who are focused, disciplined and dedicated to the career.

AIA wanted to create a new generation of life planners full of pride and energy who would have the skills and knowledge to provide the level of financial advices that big-city dwellers would need.

AIA Exchange’s main role is to provide the right skills set to these life planners through continuous training so that they can become the trusted and knowledgeable financial advisors that will be able to take the life insurance industry to the next level.
