Ninety-three per cent of apartments in the high-end property project Gateway Thao Dien in HCM City's District 2 have been sold, according to Son Kim Land Company, a real estate company in HCM City.

The project was developed by Hong Kong-based private-equity, real estate and financial investment company, the Hamon Group, and SonKim Land.

The US$100 million project provides 546 apartments to the market. It is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2017.
