VNW plaza project, Mercedes-Benz boost sales

Traders, investors and customers on Thursday attended a launch of sale ceremony at the Vientiane New World Plaza Project and a special Mercedes-Benz exhibition.

The event was organised by CAMCE Investment (Lao) Co., Ltd. in cooperation with Mercedes-Benz company.

Following the success of the initiative launch on November 7 last year, this time the CAMCE Investment (Lao) Co., Ltd. allocated 13 sets of stores for sale in its VNW plaza project. One set consists of one room, but there are two or three floors.

Prices start from 20 million kip per square metre.

According to the company, many customers have bought and reserved stores because of the special promotion on offer at the event.

Since last year, the CAMCE Investment (Lao) Co., Ltd. has sold 20 percent of 100 stores in the walking street project.

The walking street project is a part of the Vientiane News World Plaza project. The plaza project also includes a central six-storey shopping mall, but this is not yet under construction.

Construction of VNW Plaza began on February 27, 2014, and is expected to finish in 2015.

The company held the second store sale ceremony and a Special Mercedes-Benz on January 22 at the project site in Phiavat village, Sisttanak district, Vientiane.

It is hoped the ceremony will attract interested customers to visit, book and buy stores.

The project is located near the President's Palace to the east with Chao Anouvong Park to the north, and provides a great view of the Mekong River.

All participants who buy a store in Vientiane New World Plaza will get an 8 percent discount. Clients who make a deposit on that day will get an iPhone 6.

The Vientiane New World walking street contains scenic spots, Lao style shops, Lao and Southeast Asian food, cafes, bars, KTV and other business formats.

The Vientiane New World Shopping Mall contains general merchandise, cinemas and activity centres for children.

CAMCE Investment (Lao) Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of a strong Chinese developer known as China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd., which is one of the Top 500 Global Enterprises.

Besides buying stores in the VNW Plaza project, customers also viewed and book new Mercedes-Benz at the event.
